Warehouse Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join a growing specialty compounding pharmacy team in Pittsburgh. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity where technicians will be cross-trained in both fulfillment and production operations. Technicians with retail pharmacy backgrounds are welcome, but recent experience with sterile or non-sterile compounding is required.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity with Monday through Friday shifts

• Shifts available: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM or 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

• Rotating weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday will be part of the regular schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate prescription labels and manage shipping compliance processes

• Fulfill orders accurately and assist with workflow management

• Communicate with internal teams to support customer service needs

• Coordinate inventory to ensure continuous pharmacy operations

• Troubleshoot system and printing issues as needed

• Support general warehouse logistics and assist with system updates

Qualifications:

• Recent pharmacy technician experience required

• Active pharmacy technician license required (Pennsylvania license preferred)

• PTCB certification preferred

• Previous compounding experience (sterile or non-sterile) required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Commitment to excellent attendance and reliability
