Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 3+ months with opportunity for permanent hire
• Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Help provide in-service training for pharmacy personnel or other clinic personnel
• Dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients
• Review medical charts per OBRA requirements
• Oversee the clinic medication formulary

Requirements:

• Washington Pharmacist license.
