As a Pharmacist for our LTC facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our residents. This is a direct hire position, offering stability and growth opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all quality assurance steps to ensure the accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
  • Oversee the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third-party insurance claims.
  • Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory to maximize turnover.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions.
  • Perform Medication Therapy Management (MT) and Individualized Medication Management Review (IMMR) as required.

Qualifications:

  • Long-term care (LTC) experience is a plus.
  • IV compounding experience is essential.
  • Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
