RPh on the Go is actively seeking a skilled Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-regarded healthcare facility in Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a unit-based clinical pharmacist in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Conduct medication order entry and verification, review medication profiles for appropriateness, and provide clinical services tailored to patient needs.

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with medical teams.
-
Perform drug therapy monitoring and manage pharmacist-led consults per protocol.

Provide support during acute patient scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma cases.
Requirements:
-
Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.

Minimum of 3 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
-
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
-
Availability to work variable day and evening shifts.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent hospital experience.
-
Experience with Meditech.
