CA- Pharmacist- Remote
Join our healthcare team at RPh on the go. We are currently seeking multiple remote, staff pharmacists to work in California. This is a 12+ week contract position and we re actively interviewing to start ASAP!
Shift:
Shifts can be 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, or 9am-6pm (TBD)
Employment Type:
12+ weeks contract
Qualifications:
- CA Pharmacist license in good standing
- Medication adherence experience
- Recent high volume retail experience
Duties:
- Assess patient data in our software platform and other programs, prepare written and oral reports concerning patient care and team progress.
- Complete thorough medication review and/or adherence counseling appointments
- Review completed medication reviews and counseling by other Virtual Pharmacist users, as assigned.
- Staff various clinical shifts and work with automation and new technology
- Answer questions from patients, providers, and team members
- Participate in process improvement meetings to help achieve more efficient workflows.
- Follow-up with clinics, providers, pharmacies, and patients to resolve patient issues in a timely manner.
- Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures
