We are seeking a licensed New Hampshire Pharmacist for a full-time Director of Pharmacy role in Lancaster.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours a week): Monday Friday (7:30am 5:00pm) with rotating weekends (7:30am 2:00pm) and additional on-call responsibilities.

Overview:
The Director of Pharmacy serves as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a critical access hospital with 25 beds, providing medical, surgical, and intensive care services. The hospital also offers diverse outpatient services such as cardiac and physical rehabilitation, oncology care, 24-hour emergency services, a fully equipped laboratory, and an extensive radiology department. Enjoying robust leadership and community support, we adeptly navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare needs. This position entails a balanced allocation of duties, with 50% dedicated to clinical responsibilities and 50% to operational tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Clinical Pharmacy Services meet the pharmaceutical needs.
  • Acts as the Pharmacist in Charge
  • Responsible for administrative operation of the pharmacy department while acting as the direct supervision for all pharmacy personnel.


Requirements:

  • New Hampshire License
  • Clinical pharmacist experience
  • inpatient experience
  • 2 years of experience working as a Director of Pharmacy
  • Meditech experience is preferred.
  • Must be okay with living in a rural area.
