We are currently seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team in Ardmore, OK. This is a direct hire position with Benefits package offered: benefits, 401k, PTO, IRA Match.

Monday- Friday 8:30am-6:00 pm; Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm


  • OK State Licensed Pharmacist
  • Previous PIC experience is preferred
  • Previous management experience is required
  • Recent retail experience required
  • Certified Immunizer
  • BLS
  • Computer RX experience is preferred not required


  • Verify rxs
  • Manage Pharmacy
  • Responsible for the establishment, monitoring and enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to State and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Tracks and communicates regulatory changes
  • Ensures internal alignment with requirements
  • Provides supervision and oversight of pharmacy staff.
  • Responsible for all activities and documentation related to dispensing medications.
