Duties: As a Pharmacy Manager in our infusion center, you will be responsible for overall pharmacy management duties, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services. This role requires a strong background in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy management.
Shift: Days, Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM 40 hours per week On-call rotating responsibility Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of pharmacy management experience.
Home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
Valid Ohio pharmacy license.
