Pharmacist needed for Retail Pharmacy - Direct Hire
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join our team at [Your Company Name] in Vermont. As a Retail Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide strong customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately dispense prescription medications following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, order medications and supplies as needed, and oversee inventory management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
- Valid Vermont pharmacist license in good standing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
