Job Duties:

  • Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff.
  • Review of batch records and associated documentation.
  • Understanding of the importance/impact of cGMP standards.
  • Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
  • Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements following local, state, and federal laws regarding the profession of pharmacy practice.
  • Compound Pharmaceuticals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida
  • Have a minimum of 2 years non-sterile compounding experience
  • Have a minimum of 2 years pharmacy management experience
