RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Pharmacy for a short-term contract position at a reputable hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. This 2 to 3-month assignment is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned pharmacy leader to step into a key role and make an immediate impact on patient care and pharmacy operations.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Start Date: June 9th (No later than June 16th)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations

Lead and manage pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of safety and care

Monitor and improve workflow efficiencies

Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership on pharmacy-related initiatives and goals

Ensure inventory and budget management aligns with hospital objectives
Requirements:
- WV Pharmacist License
- 3-5 years Management experience; Recent Inpatient management preferred
