Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge West Palm Beach, FL (Direct Hire)

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is within a closed-door specialty mail-order 503a facility, specializing in weight-loss medication, anti-aging treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and other custom compounds.

This role requires a highly skilled, multi-licensed pharmacist (10 or more state licenses preferred) with a strong background in non-sterile compounding and pharmacy management experience.

Position Details

  • Location: West Palm Beach, FL
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Full-Time, 1st Shift)
  • Term of Assignment: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production personnel.
  • Review batch records and associated documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with cGMP standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations related to compounding.
  • Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms.
  • Hire, train, monitor, and manage pharmacy personnel with approval from the CEO/President.
  • Supervise and ensure adherence to USP <795> guidelines and other regulatory standards.
  • Compound pharmaceuticals as needed to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license (multi-licensed candidates with at least 10 state licenses strongly preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent non-sterile compounding experience in a professional setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy management experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP, USP <795>, and pharmacy regulations related to compounding.
  • Experience in a 503a compounding facility is preferred.
