A dedicated Home Infusion pharmacy team in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist with strong expertise in sterile compounding and IV medication preparation. Location: North Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify prescriptions from authorized providers for accuracy and appropriate formulation.
  • Prepare, fill, and compound medications using precise measurements and standardized processes.
  • Maintain detailed pharmacy records, including patient data and inventory tracking.
  • Provide drug usage reports to pharmaceutical partners as required.
  • Perform PMP reporting in full compliance with state laws.
  • Plan and organize pharmacy activities to meet patient and physician needs while adhering to administrative protocols and best practices.
  • Engage in continuing education to enhance pharmacy services.
  • Contribute to quality assurance programs ensuring patient care excellence and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and safety of drug therapies through ongoing assessments.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Valid TX Pharmacist license in good standing; additional state licenses are advantageous.
  • Proven USP 797 compounding experience (required).
  • Hands-on infusion and IV therapy experience (required).
  • Intrathecal compounding experience is a plus.
