Home Infusion Pharmacist Clinical | Brookfield, Wisconsin

A Clinical Pharmacist position is available on a contract-to-hire basis in Brookfield, WI. This role requires a dedicated professional with recent IV and sterile compounding experience to support home infusion pharmacy services. Candidates must be willing to commit to a contract period of at least six months before transitioning to a permanent role.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM 6:00 PM)
• On call every 4th weekend
• One night per week on call

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and mix IV medications in a clean room environment as needed
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties related to home infusion therapy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding
• Recent IV experience is required
• Preferably 2+ years of recent home infusion pharmacy experience
• CPR certification is a plus
