Position Overview

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with hospital or home infusion experience who is looking for a consistent MondayFriday schedule and the opportunity to work in a patient-focused infusion environment.

The pharmacist will be responsible for IV medication verification, pharmacy technician supervision, and direct communication with patients to support safe and effective home infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Verify IV medication orders and ensure accuracy and appropriateness
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Communicate directly with patients regarding their medication therapy and treatment needs
Support daily home infusion pharmacy operations
Ensure medications are prepared and dispensed safely and accurately
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Active Ohio Pharmacist license required
Previous hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience required
IV compounding experience required
Strong knowledge of IV medications and infusion pharmacy practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a patient-focused environment
Must be able to successfully meet employer background requirements
