RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist / Working Director of Pharmacy (DOP) for a 13-week assignment with an excellent opportunity for direct hire in a Critical Access Hospital setting in Oregon. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong inpatient and leadership experience who is ready to take on both staffing and management responsibilities.

Position Details:

Title: Travel Pharmacist / Working DOP
Location: Oregon
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with chance for direct hire
Shift: Monday Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
On-Call: None

Pharmacy Environment:

Critical Access Hospital
25-bed facility (average daily census of 10 patients)
Order Entry System: Cerner
Automation System: Omnicell
Staff Support: 2 Pharmacy Technicians daily

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the Working Director of Pharmacy / Staff Pharmacist
Manage daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Oversee and support pharmacy staff
Perform inpatient pharmacist duties
Sterile compounding as needed
Review and verify IVs prepared by pharmacy technicians
Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy regulations
Maintain safe and efficient pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications:

Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Previous pharmacy management experience
Sterile compounding experience
Active and clear Oregon Pharmacist license
