A home infusion pharmacy team in North Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated, full-time clinical pharmacist with specialized expertise in sterile compounding for a direct hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions from authorized prescribers, ensuring accuracy and determining necessary formulas and ingredients.
• Prepare, fill, and compound sterile medications according to standardized procedures including weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and inventory records by entering patient and medication data.
• Generate and provide drug usage reports to pharmaceutical partners as needed.
• Perform Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) reporting in compliance with state regulations.
• Organize and manage pharmacy service operations to meet patient needs and adhere to physician directives and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing continuing education to enhance pharmacy service quality.
• Assist leadership in policy development, enforcement, and compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Participate actively in quality assurance programs focused on patient care and medication safety.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Valid Texas pharmacist license in good standing; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Demonstrated USP 797 sterile compounding experience is required.
• Proven infusion/IV experience is mandatory.
• Intrathecal compounding experience is advantageous.
