A clinical oncology pharmacist position is available on a per diem basis in Houston, TX, from June 8, 2026, to July 24, 2026. This role focuses on providing specialized pharmacy services in oncology, contributing to patient care through careful dispensing and thorough chart reviews.

Schedule:

  • 4 hours per day
  • Choose between two shifts: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Qualifications:

  • Licensed pharmacist in Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology pharmacy
  • Strong knowledge of clinical oncology protocols and medication management

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense oncology medications accurately and safely
  • Conduct detailed chart reviews to ensure appropriate therapy and compliance
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes in oncology care
