RPh on the Go has an immediate opening for a Home Infusion Pharmacist in Irving, Texas. This is a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start and consistent daytime hours. The ideal pharmacist will have hands-on sterile compounding experience and a strong understanding of infusion therapy and medication management.


Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM


What Youll Do

  • Verify sterile IV preparations and compounded medications
  • Evaluate and monitor patients receiving home infusion therapy
  • Review medication regimens, laboratory results, and patient outcomes
  • Provide medication and infusion education to patients and caregivers
  • Work closely with providers to coordinate safe and effective therapy
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable USP and pharmacy standards


Requirements

  • Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Sterile IV compounding experience preferred
  • Home infusion, residency, APPE, MTM, or other relevant pharmacy experience considered
  • Knowledge of infusion therapy and pharmacokinetics
  • Ability to begin the assignment ASAP
