RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week opportunity in Texas. We are looking for a pharmacist who can start ASAP and has experience with sterile IV compounding, home infusion, or a closely related pharmacy setting.

Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM

What Youll Do

  • Prepare, verify, and dispense sterile medications in accordance with USP standards
  • Develop and monitor individualized medication therapy plans
  • Review laboratory values and apply pharmacokinetic principles
  • Educate patients and caregivers on medications and infusion administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Support medication safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license
  • PharmD or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • 1+ year of sterile IV compounding experience strongly preferred
  • Home infusion or other relevant clinical pharmacy experience considered
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient counseling skills
  • Must be available to start ASAP
