Staff Pharmacist Cordova, TN

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a Specialty Pharmacy in the Cordova, TN area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a motivated pharmacist looking for long-term growth with a company that values dedication, clinical excellence, and leadership potential.

Monday Friday
8:00am 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring specialty medications and infused therapies
Manage specialty therapies including factor replacement products, emicizumab, subcutaneous therapies, and IV infusions
Educate patients and caregivers regarding medication administration, adherence, side effect management, and safe home handling procedures
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and reimbursement specialists to ensure continuity of care
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and patient assistance programs to improve access to therapy
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards

Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
Specialty pharmacy or infusion experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and patient counseling skills
Open to obtaining additional state pharmacist licenses
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Motivated professional interested in long-term growth opportunities
