Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist | Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

A healthcare facility in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in home infusion to join on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires hands-on experience with sterile compounding and intravenous (IV) therapy to support patient care within a clinical pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and mix IV solutions in a clean room environment as needed
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience, preferably in home infusion
• IV therapy experience is mandatory and must be recent
• CPR certification is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• On-call one night per week plus every 4th weekend
