Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist in Milwaukee, WI

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in sterile compounding with a strong emphasis on IV preparation
• Recent home infusion pharmacy experience preferred (2+ years)
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory

Location:

• Milwaukee, WI

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• On-call duties every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
• Prepare and mix IV solutions in a clean room setting as required
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties related to home infusion care
• Apply your clinical knowledge to optimize patient medication therapy in a home setting

Additional Details: This is a contract-to-hire position, offering initial contract work with the potential for permanent placement. Your clinical skills will impact a growing service area focused on patients receiving infusion treatments at home.
