RPh on the Go is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity near Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent IV and sterile compounding experience who is looking to grow within a home infusion pharmacy setting.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: MondayFriday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM6:00 PM)
On-Call Rotation: Every 4th weekend and 1 night per week
Location: Milwaukee, WI area

Requirements:
Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience required
Recent IV experience required
2+ years of recent home infusion experience preferred
CPR+ experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a clinical pharmacy environment

Responsibilities:
Perform IV order verification.
Compound IV medications in a cleanroom environment as needed.
Support clinical pharmacy operations and patient care activities.
Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
