RPh on the Go is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in Orange, California. This is a full-time, onsite home infusion role focused on clinical TPN management and patient care.

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM

What Youll Do

  • Clinically manage and monitor patients receiving TPN therapy
  • Review labs, TPN formulations, therapy progress, and make clinical recommendations
  • Collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and other healthcare providers
  • Counsel patients on medications and infusion therapy
  • Support sterile compounding and USP <797> compliance as needed

Requirements

  • Active California Pharmacist license
  • 2+ years of recent clinical and sterile compounding experience
  • Strong experience clinically managing TPN patients
  • Home infusion experience strongly preferred
  • Strong patient counseling and communication skills
  • Must hold or be willing to immediately obtain MS and AL Pharmacist licenses
