IV Sterile Compounding Clinical Pharmacist | Paragould, Arkansas

Urgently seeking an experienced Clinical IV Pharmacist for a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a dedicated professional to support IV pharmacy operations with a strong emphasis on sterile compounding and clinical expertise. The position is located in Paragould, AR, with a schedule designed to provide work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Every 3rd weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders with accuracy and clinical insight
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the sterile clean room environment as needed
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties, including interpreting laboratory results to optimize patient care
• Provide flexible clinical support across pharmacy operations as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of current IV pharmacist experience
• Active and clear Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in reading and interpreting lab results
