A Clinical Oncology Pharmacist position is available for a per diem assignment in Pearland, TX, requiring expertise in oncology pharmacy practice. This role involves providing specialized pharmacy services within an oncology setting, focusing on dispensing and conducting thorough chart reviews to ensure optimal patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

Work 4 hours daily from June 8, 2026, to July 24, 2026
Shift options: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Responsibilities:

Dispense oncology medications accurately according to physician orders and pharmacy protocols
Perform detailed chart reviews to verify medication appropriateness, dosing, and potential interactions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient treatment plans and improve therapeutic outcomes
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

Active Texas pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year of oncology pharmacy experience
Strong understanding of chemotherapy, supportive care medications, and oncology treatment protocols
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions
