RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist for an opportunity in Rochester, New York. This position offers a 4-day workweek, competitive salary, and the opportunity to work in a clinical home infusion environment.


Shift: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM


What Youll Do

  • Review infusion orders and patient-specific therapy plans

  • Perform sterile compounding and TPN review

  • Participate in clinical rounds and collaborate with healthcare providers

  • Monitor medication therapy and maintain patient care plans

  • Ensure USP standards and cleanroom compliance

  • Train pharmacy staff and support operational improvements


Requirements

  • Active New York Pharmacist license

  • 1+ year of recent home infusion experience OR 2+ years of recent acute care experience preferred

  • Strong IV admixture and intravenous therapy knowledge

  • Sterile compounding experience

  • Ability to evaluate and monitor complex medication therapy

  • CareTend experience is a plus


Salary: Starting at $125,000 **Based on Experience
