IV Compounding Clinical Pharmacist | Tomball, Texas

A full-time opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in non-sterile compounding, with a contract-to-hire pathway. This role is based in Tomball, TX, and offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage non-sterile compounding operations ensuring full compliance with USP standards.
• Review, interpret, and verify prescriptions for compounded non-sterile medications, maintaining accuracy and safety in all pharmaceutical preparations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to uphold quality control and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a 503A compounding pharmacy, retail compounding pharmacy, or a similar clinical pharmacy environment.
• Strong knowledge of USP guidelines and non-sterile compounding techniques.
• Attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
