Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist in Walnut Ridge, AR

A clinical IV pharmacist opportunity is available for a contract-to-hire position in Walnut Ridge, AR, with an immediate need to support a growing healthcare team. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Every 3rd weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Prepare and mix IV medications in a sterile clean room environment, as needed
• Perform clinical pharmacy duties, including reading and interpreting lab results to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide flexible support with other pharmacy functions as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year current experience as an IV pharmacist
• Active and clear Arkansas pharmacist license
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret laboratory data
• Willingness to adapt and assist in various clinical and pharmacy settings
