Home Infusion Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Waukesha, Wisconsin

A skilled Clinical Pharmacist position is available with a focus on home infusion services. This contract-to-hire opportunity requires a dedicated professional ready to commit to a 6+ month contract period before potential permanent placement. The role demands recent and strong experience in sterile compounding and intravenous (IV) therapy within the home infusion setting.

Location: Waukesha, WI
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred
• At least 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• IV experience is mandatory and must be recent

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room environment as needed
• Perform other clinical duties associated with home infusion pharmacy services
