Clinical Pharmacist in West Plains, MO

An inpatient pharmacy opportunity is available in West Plains, Missouri, with a focus on overnight shifts. This contract position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to choose between contract, contract-to-hire, or travel assignments, with an immediate start date.

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off overnight rotation
• Weekday shifts: 7:30 PM 5:30 AM
• Weekend shifts: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medications
• Perform final verifications to ensure accuracy and safety
• Conduct immediate use compounding (outside the clean room environment)
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, maintaining high standards as if overseeing your own pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Active and clear MO Pharmacist license
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience
• Recent compounding experience required
• Proficiency with Meditech system is a must
• New pharmacy graduates with recent inpatient rotations are encouraged to apply
