• Filling and dispensing medications accurately

• Compounding immediate-use medications (outside of the clean room)
• Managing the pharmacy operations with a high level of ownership
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 7:30 PM 5:30 AM
• Weekends: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Work pattern: 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Missouri Pharmacist license required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates with recent inpatient clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Recent compounding experience is essential
• Meditech system experience mandatory
