Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Days
• Flexible support to cover staffing as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staffing and financial management
• Supervise a team composed of 3 pharmacists and 4 pharmacy technicians
• Participate in meetings and possible on-call duties
• Stabilize pharmacy operations and support recruitment efforts
• Represent the staffing agency in the hospital environment
• Utilize automation systems such as Omnicell and order entry through Meditech

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa pharmacy license
• Experience in pharmacy management within an inpatient hospital
• Proficient in sterile compounding practices
• Strong leadership skills to manage a small pharmacy team
