We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Working Director of Pharmacy for a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Broken Bow, NE.

Position Details
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM5:00 PM
No on-call
Pay: $60$65/hour

Assignment: 13 weeks with potential for direct hire

Travelers welcome

Pharmacy Team: 2 Pharmacy Technicians
Systems: Paragon / Pyxis


Responsibilities
Manage daily pharmacy operations
Provide pharmacy leadership and staff support
Staff the pharmacy and perform sterile compounding
Oversee pharmacy workflow and compliance

Requirements
Nebraska Pharmacist License
Pharmacy management or supervisor experience
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Sterile compounding experience
340B experience preferred
