Hospital Pharmacy Director | Culpeper, Virginia

An Interim Director of Pharmacy position is available at a community hospital in Northern Virginia, serving a 100-bed facility with an average daily census of 20 to 40 patients. This role involves leading the pharmacy departments daily operations and requires a hands-on approach to management and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy staff and oversee departmental workflow
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy policies
• Participate in hospital meetings relevant to pharmacy operations
• Manage pharmacy resources and collaborate with hospital leadership

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Virginia
• Approximately 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy management experience
• Proficient with Meditech and Omnicell systems

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
