Hospital Director of Pharmacy in Everett, WA
An opportunity is available for an Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations in a 60-bed hospital setting in Juneau, AK. This role involves comprehensive oversight of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance, managing personnel, budget, and purchasing activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all aspects of the pharmacy department
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards
- Oversee budget planning and purchasing decisions
- Lead and support pharmacy personnel to achieve departmental goals
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current experience as a hospital Director of Pharmacy
- Ability to obtain an Alaska pharmacy license quickly (approximately 3-4 weeks); no pharmacy law exam required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills tailored to a hospital environment
- Comfortable working in a 60-bed hospital setting
