An opportunity is available for an Interim Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations in a 60-bed hospital setting in Juneau, AK. This role involves comprehensive oversight of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance, managing personnel, budget, and purchasing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all aspects of the pharmacy department
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards
• Oversee budget planning and purchasing decisions

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current experience as a hospital Director of Pharmacy
• Ability to obtain an Alaska pharmacy license quickly (approximately 3-4 weeks); no pharmacy law exam required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills tailored to a hospital environment
• Comfortable working in a 60-bed hospital setting
