Inpatient Hospital Director of Pharmacy | Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

This opportunity calls for an experienced pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a small, acute care hospital facility. The setting is a micro hospital with a seven-bed emergency department and an eight-bed inpatient unit, offering a focused and impactful environment where you will be the sole pharmacist managing operations.

Key responsibilities include performing both staff pharmacist and PIC duties. You will oversee medication audits, manage restocking processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a facility with a history of controlled substance diversion issues. Your expertise in pharmacy management and inpatient care will be critical to maintaining safe and efficient pharmacy operations. The position operates with Epic for order entry and Omnicell for site automation, supporting streamlined workflows.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Menomonee Falls, WI
• Contract duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid pharmacy license in Wisconsin
• Proven pharmacy management experience
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy background
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on site
