Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations in a hospital inpatient setting.

• Manage staffing schedules and recruitment efforts to build a strong pharmacy team.
• Conduct meetings and represent the staffing organization externally.

• Ensure compliance and monitor for any controlled substance issues, building on previous improvements.
• Utilize automated systems like Omnicell and manage medication orders through Meditech.
• Support sterile compounding operations and maintain quality standards.

• Valid Iowa pharmacy license is mandatory.
