Hospital Director of Pharmacy - San Francisco, CA

An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Director to provide leadership and oversight at a 60-bed hospital located in Juneau, AK. This interim role offers a duration of approximately 13 weeks with potential to extend. Candidates who prefer a temp-to-hire arrangement are especially encouraged to apply, though true travelers will also be considered.

Responsibilities include directing all aspects of the pharmacy department, such as managing personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing budget and purchasing processes, and maintaining operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have current Director of Pharmacy experience in a hospital setting and demonstrate the ability to obtain an Alaska pharmacy license within a few weeks.
