Lead pharmacy operations in a hospital setting with a focus on management, sterile compounding, and team leadership. This 13-week contract position offers a day shift schedule with opportunities to contribute your expertise in pharmacy management and hospital pharmacy systems.

Location:

  • Westfield, IN

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • On-call Wednesdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pharmacy operations in a hospital environment with a 30-bed daily census
  • Participate in meetings and operational management tasks
  • Provide staffing support as needed
  • Manage sterile compounding processes, ensuring compliance and safety

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Proven pharmacy management experience, particularly in hospital settings
  • Familiarity with Meditech order entry system is a strong plus
  • Experience with sterile compounding procedures
  • Valid Indiana pharmacy license
  • Willingness to consider candidates available for travel assignments
