Retail Pharmacist | Absecon, New Jersey

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in Galloway, NJ. The role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with hands-on retail pharmacy experience who is committed to patient care and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• Sunday, 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Thursday, 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
  (Contract assignment from October 25 to 31)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage
• Administer vaccines and immunizations as a Certified Immunizer
• Supports daily pharmacy workflow and supervises pharmacy technicians
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations to ensure safe, effective operations

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License in good standing
• Certified Immunizer credential required
• Experience working in a patient-facing retail pharmacy environment
• Ability and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
