Pharmacist - Anamosa, IA

A community pharmacy in Anamosa, IA, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations in a family-oriented setting. Schedule:

• 32 hours per week
• 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Candidate may choose which weekday to take off

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Provide patient care and counseling services
• Support dispensing, medication management, and clinical services
• Participate in long-term care pharmacy services, pill pack programs, and telepharmacy operations
• Lead and support pharmacy staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications:

• Active Iowa Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Pharmacy management experience preferred but not required
• Open to candidates from retail, independent, long-term care, hospital, specialty, or other pharmacy backgrounds
