An established compounding pharmacy seeks two Pharmacist Team Leads to oversee and guide the Data and Logistics Team, ensuring high-quality service for patients and providers. This direct hire role is based on-site in Sandy Springs, GA, supporting a fast-paced environment that fills 400-500+ prescriptions daily.

Location:
Sandy Springs, GA (On-site)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Monthly early meetings at 8:00 AM (occasional)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage pharmacy technicians to meet performance and customer service standards
• Perform efficient and accurate PV1 prescription verifications in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Oversee workflows including data entry, prescription processing, order tracking, and account management
• Serve as escalation contact for complex patient and provider inquiries
• Collaborate with pharmacists, lab managers, and shipping leads to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations
• Drive process improvements while maintaining a zero-defect accuracy standard

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with active Georgia Pharmacist license in good standing
• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail and/or specialty pharmacy settings
• Proven expertise in PV1 verification and high-volume prescription processing
• Strong ability to motivate and hold pharmacy technician teams accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail, operational efficiency, and time management
