RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment with the potential for an extension or direct-hire opportunity!

Schedule:

MondayFriday, 12:30 PM9:00 PM

Rotating weekends

Position Details:

Inpatient hospital pharmacy

131-bed hospital with approximately 6070 active beds

Electronic health record system: Epic

Automated medication dispensing system: Pyxis

13-week assignment with potential for extension or direct hire

Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.

Support safe medication dispensing and inpatient pharmacy operations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Follow hospital pharmacy policies and medication safety procedures.

Requirements:

Active Louisiana pharmacist license.

Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.

Epic experience preferred; training may be available.

Pyxis experience preferred; training may be available.
