An opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings within a well-established healthcare environment. This role offers a dynamic blend of staffing responsibilities and decentralized clinical duties, providing a varied and engaging work experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately in both hospital inpatient and outpatient clinic settings.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
• Utilizing electronic health records and medication management systems, specifically Cerner and Pyxis.
• Conducting medication reviews and providing clinical recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License.
• Strong background in inpatient pharmacy practice with clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Cerner and Pyxis systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts.
