Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify medication orders; conduct thorough medication profile reviews for appropriateness
• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient needs in ED and CCU
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and patient rounds
• Monitor drug therapies and manage pharmacist consults according to established protocols
• Respond to acute patient care situations such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) residency or a minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy experience
• Licensed as a pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoons, primarily eight-hour day shifts
