Schedule:

Full-time hours, varying by location
Day and evening shifts
Weekday and weekend availability

Responsibilities:

Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications
Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and side effects
Perform prospective drug utilization reviews
Administer immunizations and provide other pharmacist-led clinical services as applicable
Communicate with prescribers to clarify medication orders and address concerns
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Maintain precise prescription records
Support pharmacy technicians and assist with workflow management
Deliver excellent customer service with a patient-centered approach

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice
PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
Strong communication and patient counseling abilities
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Immunization certification preferred and may be required depending on assignment
Capable of working independently and within a team
