A Rehab Hospital in Boston, MA, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support its pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions in compliance with hospital protocols
• Manage medication distribution using Epic and Pyxis technologies

• Participate in patient safety initiatives and quality assurance programs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in Massachusetts
• Experience or strong interest in hospital pharmacy settings, particularly rehabilitation facilities
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems preferred
• Newly licensed pharmacists and retail pharmacists transitioning to hospital roles are encouraged to apply
