A hospital in Boston, MA is seeking a Pharmacist to fill a contract position starting ASAP, with a duration of 3+ months. This role focuses on providing expert inpatient pharmacy services within an esteemed hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Dispense and manage inpatient medications accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and safety protocols
Utilize pharmacy systems, with preference for candidates experienced in EPIC
Monitor patient progress and adjust medication plans as needed

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Active Massachusetts Pharmacy License required
Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Familiarity with inpatient pharmacy operations and protocols
EPIC software experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
