Travel Outpatient Retail Pharmacist - Brockton, Massachusetts

A travel pharmacist opportunity is available starting in early October for approximately 13 weeks. This position supports an outpatient and retail pharmacy attached to a hospital setting, utilizing the McKesson EnterpriseRX system. The pharmacy operates with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, requiring a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications in an outpatient and retail hospital-affiliated pharmacy
• Utilize McKesson EnterpriseRX software for prescription processing and inventory management
• Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license
• Previous retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Full-time availability for the duration of the assignment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Pharmacy hours from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
