Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Brooklyn, New York

A 16-week travel opportunity is available for a Pharmacist with inpatient hospital experience. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting, ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication administration.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying and checking IV medication orders
• Managing inpatient medication therapy
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participating in clinical rounds and medication reviews

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient or clinical pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and hospital protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Location: Wellsville, NY

Schedule:

• Day shifts rotating between 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• One weekend per month
• Required work on at least one holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)
